LANDSCAPE UPDATE​

Sprinkler heads at grass area were adjusted for adequate coverage & watering cycles scheduled daily am & pm, 30 minutes each zone.
​
Grass is scheduled to be cut June 25 or 26th.
Next cutting's scheduled 7/10, 7/24, 8/7, and 8/21, Sept cutting should be 9/11.
Lead Landscape Volunteer Digger Downing met with Robert mid-month to "reinforce " the HOA's expectations of keeping a schedule, and checking the entire irrigation system after each cutting, to insure proper operation.
Repairs are to be made as necessary.

Golf Course

As a result of our survey we will send a letter to the City of Casa Grande expressing concern over the golf course conditions. It should be noted that the golf course is closed today for reseeding as part of an effort to get the grass growing again. The increased nighttime measures should help with this, also.

Two additional comments
* The ground squirrels are out of control and need to be dealt with, they are coming off golf course into homeowners lots!
* The cart path has been cut open last summer and has not yet been repaired causing dust and cart/club rattling all day.
